Last week I ate again ratatouille! This classic French stew full of veggies like eggplant, zucchini, tomato, onion and garlic. Actually a perfect dish for all leftovers in the 'no waste month. The French eat it hot or cold, often with a baguette. Though it is also very nice with some quinoa, rice, polenta or pasta. Despite being a super simple recipe, this ratatouille is one of my favorite comfort foods. myon Well, that should not be missed here. Perfect for days when you feel like vegetables and little pots on the fire ..

Recipe Salad with chicken, walnuts and mozzarella (food blog swap) Ingredients (for two people) 200


For the food blog swap of April, I was linked to Daisy Tasty Morsels. Does this salad familiar? Could very well. I'm discovered more than 10 years ago thanks to Jamie. Jamie Oliver. Who wrote a similar recipe (instead of peach nectarine) in one of his first cookbooks. So here it is, thanks Jamie for the great taste explosion.

Ingredients: 3 cups flour 1 tsp brown baking powder 1 tsp brown salt 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 1 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla brown brown 1 tsp almond extract 3 eggs 1 cup cooking oil 2 cups sugar
Preparation: Put the ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a large wooden spoon until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour into special molds for muffins and bake at 350 degrees Celsius. 2nd Roasted chickpeas (chickpeas) with lemon, garlic and rosemary
