Cake Blackberry


Finally a little getting baklava colder and feel autumn in the air. I could hardly wait this time, because some cakes just do not like working on the heat. Usually these are strong chocolate cakes, such as this one from Joy of Baking.
100g walnuts 200g butter, diced 85 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces 45g cocoa 250g sugar 3 eggs 2 tablespoons more vanilla extract 100 g cream cheese (I used the ABC cheese) 65g flour pinch of salt
Toast the walnuts in the oven for 5 minutes at 170 C. When cool, cut them into pieces. Steamed Melt butter and chocolate. Transfer to a large bowl, add the cocoa and mix. In umiksajte sugar mixture, one by one egg, vanilla extract and cream cheese. Stir in flour and salt and add the walnuts. Pour mixture into pie mold and bake 30-35 minutes at 160 C. Toothpick check 2.5 cm from the edge of the mold if the roast (if zabodenoj toothpick no marks when you pull it, tart is baked). Let stand for 5 minutes on the grid and during this time prepare the ganache cream. 30 g dark chocolate chopped into small pieces 40ml cream the cream bring to a boil and pour over the chocolate. Allow to stand for two minutes baklava and stir until chocolate is completely melted. The handle of a wooden spoon, dip in oil and make a hole in Tartu that fill the ganache cream.

I thought that it was a nice cherry to shine. baklava I usually tostiram nuts in a pan on płótno and agree that they are much more beautiful toasted, as well as hazelnut and almond it will not tostiram, only slightly drier. Ganache I discovered 20 years ago and wondered what I was before: it's the best cream in the world. This tart is immense, baklava I can feel the taste in my mouth and I will surely do it. Always tostiram walnuts or hazelnuts, microwave, and taste each pie is therefore 100x better. Reply Delete
Thank you! I do not have a microwave, but I discovered that I was much easier to toast nuts in the oven rather than frying. Tart is phenomenal chocolate flavor and the only drawback is it that I, who usually can eat a lot of cakes, I stop after the first kriškice and I have a little rest: D Reply Delete
