Beautiful shells, love them with the apricot jam! :) Cheers, Reply Delete

Autumn, Rain, South ... When the weather is so "fabulous" and Rijeka and surroundings for some time now "live" in it, has no choice but to wander off into another world. But I wandered too far, only to December. I was surrounded by magazines and cookbooks, took Tekić and began to plan a holiday cake. Someone blue waffles will think that it is perhaps too early, but it really lags behind the shopping centers in which they can already buy beads for tree, lights and other decorations. In this world in which I have strayed somewhat lacking. My hand instinctively reaches for snacks blue waffles that does. What to do?? I remembered the simple recipe for quick rolls, which for some time working in a shell.
250g plain flour 1 teaspoon baking blue waffles powder 10 g vanilla sugar 150g cold butter diced 250g cottage cheese stuffing if desired (I used apricot jam) powdered sugar for sprinkling
Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. blue waffles Rub the butter into the flour mixture until coarse crumbs structure. Add cream cheese and dough (no need to add more flour). Flatten dough into disk, wrap in foil adhesion and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut out circles. At the center of the circle put a teaspoon of the filling. Fold the circle and with the help of fork to press the edges. If you decide to form rolls, advice for making rolls here. Poslažte shells on sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C - bake them for 20 minutes, because I like to stay bright. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
