After my madness pops cakes at Christmas, my daughter wanted to repeat with me (well, mostly decoration) but chocolate version For my part, I do my house and I cook cookie into molds cake pops. I find it lighter than those made of sponge cake crumbled mixed with a binder such mascarpone, chocolate ... So I resumed my recipe cake pops with biscuit house here and decor made it with candy melt. The candy melt is difficult to tame and sometimes to find (thank you Amazon). You can very well use black or white chocolate for icing as in my other recipes.
To attach the sticks: 4 squares of dark chocolate pastry
Fix the sticks: Melt chocolate squares, dip the stick about 1 cm, straight into the cookie to half and reserve (in the open air or faster publitim in the refrigerator) upside (I put them back in the mold) time that the chocolate hardens and sticks fixed.

My little daughter just told me about the Candy Melt, asking me if I knew of course .., absolutely not !! lol .. I would tell him to take a look at your blog, because it wants to order on the site "Cuistoshop." Never again do those little cake lollipops that have a hit!
