But what is a cake pop ??? Well just a cake crumble, reformed into a ball with Philadelphia (yes ... y 'can be septic like me, but in fact it is super good, we no longer feel the taste of cheese), chocolate covered and decorated. All on a lollipop stick !!!
For the decoration: 2 tbsp Philadelphia 100g dark chocolate 2 tsp agave syrup (I used maple syrup ....) 20 lollipop sticks colored sugar decorations, glitter, ... Prepare the cake by mixing all the ingredients focaccia together. Cook about 40 minutes at 180 Mix finely half the cooled cake Add the Philadelphia Mix well until a compact dough Form small balls with your hands Cool and Melt the chocolate with syrup bath Dip sticks 1cm then press each ball straight up to half sticks Dip the balls into melted chocolate and let the excess drip Decorate as you wish !!! Arrange the lollipops on a polystyrene block or whatever and keep cool 1 hour before serving
