Today I present you a recipe, I would say an activity, sympathetic to achieve with your children, kiwibank allowing you to have a good time with the family kitchen. For these cake pops, I used white chocolate but it is possible to use any impore couverture chocolate. As for the decor, the choice is wide: small colored balls in sugar, chocolate vermicelli, sparkling sugar ... have fun!
Little trick that adheres to the stick the ball and it does not slip when you dip it in the chocolate: simply dip the stick into the chocolate and then press it into the dough ball (in the stick air). Repeat with all the balls and place in the refrigerator 5-10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. You can then dip them in chocolate cake pops.
