Ingredients for about 15 cake pops 60g softened butter 60g caster sugar juice and zest of one orange 1 tsp vanilla good food sugar 1 egg 75 g flour 1 tablespoon baking powder good food 5 cups milk For frosting ... 80 g dark chocolate (or milk or white) 10 cl cream 1 tablespoon icing sugar decorations to choose from various Recipe Preheat oven thermostat good food 180 C. Mix butter and sugar, then add the orange juice and zest. Beat vigorously until frothy. Stir in the egg. Sift flour and baking powder. Stir in half. Mix. Add the milk and then the other half of the flour. Stir again. Fill the cavities of a cake pop with a spoon before baking for 35 minutes.
Cool completely. Meanwhile prepare the icing by melting the chocolate in a double boiler then mixing with cream and icing sugar. Use sticks to plant in each cake-pop. Dip each cake-pop in the topping and the desired decoration.
