I have never eaten chocolate and cookies as I personally loved home that was mixed: children and my son really liked but my husband not!. If you are not a fan of chocolate this recipe is not for you! I advise you to go your way if you are on a diet because if you love chocolate do not take a bite (I tried in vain!) The recipe is from Martha Stewart and on the blog Popotte Manue
- 220 g of dark chocolate (I put 200 gr) - 60 g butter - 90 g flour - 1/2 teaspoon baking martha stewart powder - 1 tsp vanilla sugar (you do not feel it at all) - 2 eggs - 175 g sugar (I put 125 grams) - 250 g chocolate chips (I put 200 gr) - 1/2 tsp salt
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler in a bowl beat 2 eggs with the sugar and salt, add the melted chocolate and then the flour and baking powder and finally the chocolate chips frozen (so they do not melt and incorporate into the dough if they are too thin)
Using a spoon, make 18 small mounds and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 th (I have cooked half into molds and others on a sheet of parchment paper Those cooked in pans were too thick)

I'm interested because I'm totally addicted to chocolate. Second quality of your recipe is that it is not too sweet. It's not that I pay attention to my line but I found that pastry is too much sugar. Friendships
