- 150 g flour - 50 g oatmeal - 80g softened butter - 80 g of brown sugar - 20 grams of sugar white

This is the wonderful blog Eryn 's I found this recipe. dessert recipes These little cookies are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside than my previous recipe, we feel slightly caramel taste (I put 2 tablespoons instead of 3 teaspoons of the recipe Initial and I decreased the amount of sugar). They are delicious on condition of choosing dessert recipes the right cooking time: in my first try (15 minutes cooking time) they were very good but too soft, the second batch was perfect with 20 minutes of cooking but the cooking time will depend on your oven.
- 150 g flour - 50 g oatmeal - 80g softened butter - 80 g of brown sugar - 20 grams of sugar white powder (I did not set) - 1 egg - 2 tablespoons liquid caramel (preferably home for me if Leader Price) - 1 pinch salt - 60 g of chocolate chips (I used chocolate 80g coarsely ground) - 1 teaspoon dessert recipes baking powder
Preheat oven to 150 C. Remove the butter (or margarine) in advance so it is very soft. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with liquid caramel, brown sugar and salt. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the egg and continue working the dough. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder, then the oats and chocolate chips flakes. Train about twenty balls. Place them on a plate or grid covered with parchment paper and flatten them without spacing them enough because the cookies spread during baking. dessert recipes Bake about 20 minutes dessert recipes at 150 C by monitoring. At the exit of the oven they are golden brown but soft enough, let them cool slightly and then loosen with a spatula and cool completely on wire rack. Cookies will harden by cooling
Notes - Caution: Do not bake cookies too soon or they will be too soft, but not too long either! watch the cooking! - For these cookies I used small oatmeal that I found in organic stores dessert recipes but you can find oatmeal in supermarkets (you can click the photo to enlarge):
'You can add cranberries or toffee pieces if you make your caramel yourself or praline (the recipe is here: click) coarsely ground (there was some me that I put in some cookies: a pure treat!).
