There was a time when I was making cookies every week. I was hooked! It's biscuit recipe a little past me (right now, it is rather the macarons ...), but I still prepares occasionally. My favorite: dark chocolate cookies. I use the recipe wonderful cookies Laura Todd, the best!
Recipe: Ingredients for fifty cookies: - 350 g of brown sugar (be careful, it's the blonde, not the red that has a sweetness 2 times!) - 250 g margarine (if using butter, they will be less fluffy and crisp, this is a matter of taste) - 1 egg - 350 g flour - 1/2 teaspoon baking - a pinch of salt - a pinch of vanilla powder - 200 g chocolate chips Preparation: Whisk together the sugar and butter until the mixture whitens.
Preheat oven to 160 C. There you can directly add chocolate chips or form balls of dough by incorporating chips in as. I prefer the second method because I make cookies for different tastes. Arrange the balls of dough on parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
I just realized these cookies and oh my god they are just too good! I had a cookie recipe I used from time to time and actually they were too crunchy for my taste! I throw my old recipe definitely keeping only one! I just reduced the amount biscuit recipe of sugar and 250 grams, which is more than enough. These are cookies that are rather flat and undercooked at the base. If they are really quite flat, it may be that your oven cooked too hard. Feel free to test by decreasing the temperature of 10 C! Remove biscuit recipe
