Even cookies! And yes! I just love that !! At the time when I was not baking as varied as now, I was making cookies almost every week. It's so good! And today, I offer a recipe you'll bourbon love, I am certain: chocolate chip cookies and caramel, with a super soft dough with cocoa, chocolate chips and caramel for the sweet tooth, a caramel topping ... a killer!
I left my recipe for chocolate chip cookies (the best I've tested so far), and I've adapted to a chocolate paste. Preparation time: 15 minutes / Cooking time: 10 minutes bourbon / Total: 25 min Ingredients for thirty cookies - 180g soft butter - 200g caster sugar - 1 egg - 180g flour - 40g unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon cornstarch - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 pinch salt - 140g chocolate caramel (I used Nestle brand)
Preparation: Beat butter and sugar together until foamy. Add the egg and mix again. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Pour this mixture into the second preparation and mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Chop the chocolate caramel into small pieces and add to the mixture. Place the dough in the fridge at least half an hour so that it hardens. Preheat oven to 175 C. Shape into balls of dough the size of a walnut and place them on a sheet of parchment paper, spacing them 5cm because they will spread during cooking. Bake 10 minutes. The dough will appear slightly under-cooked out of the oven, it's normal.
