I mean they collapse and that the top is a bit .. pimpled. I usually do indeed 170 hot air, so they are very tasty. And if I do a lot of topping on it is not so much that they are not so pretty :)
I wonder what convection mode you use? If I use hot air, the cupcakes are light, but also ugly. When I use the conventional oven, they are beautiful, but not more airy .. Wonder if a solution is there?
