In the previously mentioned French restaurant "La Rose" where Peter tried tarte tatin, I decided to creme brulee. Unfortunately (and later, though fortunately) had only a small porcijice same and my waiter offered a combination cognac of creme brulee and mousse cognac or tarte tatin. The combination was eagerly accepted. We did not wait too long, and all occurred at the same time as the stop drooling at a neighbor's dessert. The decoration was cute. Plate was a great way to get different flavors are blended, and on it there were three balls - two mousse and whipped one - and a small glass bowl with creme brulee infection. Creme brulee was really tasty, caramelized part excellently complemented with those creamy - that of taste and what is in the form of texture. And now we come to the part that really captivated me - mousse-s. Served me two different mousse's - one chocolate and one of blueberries. Chocolate was very satisfying and there is very good served with cream already mentioned above, but it was so tasty that I was forced to scrape off the plate. However, my favorite of the evening was a blueberry cognac mousse. It was full of flavor, but at the same time light and refreshing. After enjoying the delicious desserts. As regards the overall cognac impression, I give the restaurant ninth Why? Location and price. The restaurant is located in the city center, but in a very bad place - the part that people rarely go, and if you pass the restaurant is in "recess", and there is no clearly visible advertisement that refers to it. Desserts cognac did not cost too much (it seems to me that each was 20), but other dishes are more expensive. But apart from these two disadvantages, for everything else the restaurant to receive the highest rating - the ambience is sweet and pleasant, desserts are excellent and pleasant cognac waiter. All in all - I'm happy. :)
