In this class I will be demonstrating advanced techniques in raw food demonstrating various avocado

I absolutely love Kelp Noodles They are a store cupboard must have! I just got 3 packets in today and after my run I was really in the mood for something warm, creamy and familiar. I’ve been a bit ill this week with a rotten cold and am beginning to get fed up of eating raw garlic 4 times a day (1 clove with 7 black peppercorns really breaks up a cold and the mucous). My sense of smell is back so I wanted to have something creamy, full of flavour and very filling, but of course avocado no dairy as that is mucous forming and would just aggravate my condition. I made the cream using cashew nuts and irish moss. I made up some irish moss a day before and what I did was blend a handful avocado of cashew nuts with the same amount of the pre-made irish moss jelly and an equal amount of water then leave it to set into a jelly. I then use that creamy jelly for wraps, puddings, avocado spread on flax crackers, in dressings whatever you like really.
Take some of the pre-soaked kelp noodles avocado (always store them in an airtight container topped up with water in the fridge) and add your sauce, capers go very well with this dish so add a sprinkle of them if you like too. Put some non PVC cling film over the bowl of marinading noodles and leave for an hour ideally. avocado You don’t have to leave them that long if you are in a rush and can stick them in the dehydrator on ‘full’ for 10 minutes if you want a warm meal. We are not leaving the noodles in for too long and because they are cold the idea is to warm them up quickly but not overcook. Serve with a tomato salad with fresh basil and black olives.
