Tandjong Priok, a large port in the capital city of Batavia (Djakarta), hosted a large assembly plant of General Motors since 1927. The plant produced a large number of GM products during the 30s: in particular, Chevrolets, but also Opel. Picture deviled eggs shows the race in 1935. On the far side of the land is testing track.
