As I commented in the last post that last week we celebrated my mom's birthday with a family meal. To blow the candles I prepare this lemon cake, very seasonal and very refreshing:
Now that we are in the midst of strawberry season, I wanted to make a strawberry cake loaded. Among tomatoes stuffed with strawberries and cake decorating, papaya I spent three kilos of strawberries! The combination of lemon mousse with strawberries, it was a guaranteed success, especially at home who really like cakes with fruit flavors ...
The recipe I recently read the fantastic blog of Eva, the ladle Pistachio, whom I got a stack of recipes. I modified a bit, putting less cream and gelatin layer without papaya gin and tonic (there were a few that do not drink alcohol). But we try it with gin and tonic, which is the grace of Eva's cake. We, with strawberries, loved it, and we were a few that we repeat, je je je ...
Put the cake in the bottom of a mold desmotllable and moisten it with a syrup TPT. Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatine until it is not any lumps. Stir the lemon juice, condensed milk and mix well. Let cool to room temperature. Incorporate the cream semi mounted with smooth movements. Pour into mold and let solidify in the refrigerator. Unmold and garnish with strawberries. Serve chilled in a refrigerator.
Sensational bueno y and thus also besides precioso.Yo I Tested it with jelly and tea aconsejo prueba that it is very aromatic and subtle guitar playing that gives you. Good Week
